Full Terms and Conditions

MyLash™ Promotion Service Voucher T&C

MyLash™ Promotion Service Voucher is available for customers who are at least 18 years of age on the date of purchase. Each MyLash™ Promotion Service Voucher is assigned to one (01) customer only.

Upon purchasing any MyLash™ Promotion Service Voucher, the customer shall entitle to redeem the MyLash™ service stipulated in the voucher only, strictly non-exchangeable to cash or other services not stipulated in the voucher.

Any form of payment or deposit made to MyLash™ is non-refundable.

Validity

Service Redemption Period for MyLash™ Promotion Service Voucher is valid two (02) months from the date of service purchased.
Service Redemption Period of the MyLash™ Promotion Service Voucher shall not be extended under any circumstances. Redemption of service later than the applicable Validity Period is not allowed.
Redemption of MyLash™ Promotion Service Voucher is valid only subject to MyLash™ Business Hours.
Festive surcharge applies for service redemption two (02) weeks before the Chinese New Year.
For the avoidance of doubt, no refund will be given for any unutilized MyLash™ Promotion Service Voucher purchased.

Booking of the MyLash™ Promotion Service Voucher

Booking of appointment under the MyLash™ Promotion Service Voucher must be made at least seven (07) days before the service redemption date.
Booking for service redemption is limited and subject to appointment slot availability. MyLash™ does not guarantee appointment booking availability on any day or any particular eyelash artist.
Bookings are subject to change without liability to the holder of the MyLash™ Promotion Service Voucher.
MyLash™ Promotion Service Voucher can only be made one (01) active booking at any time. No multiple bookings for service are allowed. Any such bookings are subject to immediate cancellation.

Confirmation, Cancellations and Reschedule of Booking

Appointment booking is confirmed two (02) days before the service redemption date, via Email or WhatsApp reminder
Once the MyLash™ Promotion Service Voucher booking is confirmed, changes are allowed to be made at least twenty four (24) hours before the appointment date. Any cancellation or changes less than twenty four (24) Hours will treat as Last Minute Cancellation.
It may be necessary to treat appointments as Last Minute Cancellation for customer arriving more than twenty (20) minutes late. However, MyLash™ will wherever possible, perform the service to the time available with a consideration of the next client booked in. Service began later than the scheduled time, which may affect the service time and quality.
If an assigned eyelash artist is not available to carry out customer confirmed booking, MyLash™ reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative eyelash artist.
In the event, MyLash™ may need to reschedule customers booking. MyLash™ shall contact the customer via E-mail, WhatsApp or Phone where possible and reschedule customer booking at the next available appointment slot.

General terms

MyLash™ reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions and/or withdraw the MyLash™ Promotion Service Voucher, or substitute or replace the MyLash™ Promotion Service Voucher with another product or program of equivalent value from time to time without any prior notice.
By purchasing and utilizing the MyLash™ Promotion Service Voucher, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as MyLash™ Service Term & Conditions as may be amended from time to time.
The customer agrees to release MyLash™ and/or Representatives from any liability claims, any damages, and any losses (including loss of opportunity and consequential loss arising therewith) that may arise as a result of the use purchase of the MyLash™ Promotion Service Voucher.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by laws of Singapore and all disputes relating to the MyLash™ Promotion Service Voucher are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Singapore.
